Practical Life Skills

Everyday activities like pouring water from a jug, spooning pasta or buttoning are introduced to your child, developing his / her gross and fine motor skills, confidence, focus and self-control as well as key social skills.

sensorial exercises

Sensorial Exercises

Sensorial exercises are designed to engage the five senses and focus on imbuing each child with awareness as they learn about different shapes, sizes and the ability to perceive differences, compare and estimate, which form a strong foundation for Mathematics.

Alphabets and Language

Language

Phonics and early grammar are introduced through Montessori tools and activities like sandpaper letters to encourage your child to associate auditory, tactile and visual input, resulting in a strong foundation in literacy.

mathematics and writing

Mathematics

Our children first learn addition and subtraction through tangible Montessori apparatus they can feel and grasp, like the Number Rods and Golden Beads, before graduating to more complex, abstract calculations, preparing them for formal schooling.

culture studies

Culture Studies

Here, we expose our children to a broad spectrum of experiences and topics including Science, History, Botany and General Knowledge and engage them in age-appropriate discussions to keep them informed about the world, and teach them to love, respect and care for it.

Enrichment Programmes

Enrichment programmes are held to boost your child’s interest and expand their capabilities in particular subject areas of our curriculum. Both our extension programmes are conducted from Mondays to Fridays in the afternoons from 1:00pm to 3:00pm after your child’s regular morning class which ends at 12 noon. They will be provided with lunch from 12 noon to 1pm and snack before going home at 3pm.

Intensive Chinese Immersion Programme (ICIP)

This programme provides a strong foundation and prepares for your child for Primary 1 education in the Chinese language.

ICIP will fully immerse your child in a strictly Mandarin-speaking environment and the aim of the syllabus is to instill interest and to give the children a solid foundation to meet the challenges of the primary school Mandarin. A combination of comprehensive study materials and fun activities allow them to appreciate Mandarin in an interesting and stimulating manner. They will also develop both oral and written skills.
