Promote Positive Relationships

Teach children how to build and maintain healthy relationships.

Support Mental Well-being

Incorporating Emotional Intelligence in Our Curriculum

Mindfulness Break

Every day, our children participate in a brief but impactful mindfulness break, led by their teachers. This session lasts for ten minutes and is designed to help children develop mindfulness skills through guided exercises. This practice not only supports their emotional well-being but also enhances their ability to concentrate and learn effectively throughout the day.

Reflective Journaling

Reflective journaling is an integral part of our curriculum, especially for children in the N2 to K2 age groups. Every Friday, children are encouraged to jot down their thoughts on what went well and what challenges they faced during the week. This activity promotes self-reflection, allowing children to express their emotions and develop a growth mindset.

Mini Project: Letter to the Future
*To be launched at the end of this year.

For our K2 graduates, we have designed a special mini project where each child writes a letter to their future self, imagining where they will be and what they will have accomplished ten years from now. This meaningful exercise helps instil a sense of purpose and direction in our young graduates as they transition to the next stage of their educational journey.
